Morgan Wootten
Joe Wootten
"People say Morgan Wootten is the best high school basketball coach in the country. I disagree. I know of no finer coach at any level - high school, college, or pro. I've said it elsewhere and I'll say it here: I stand in awe of him"
- John Wooden - Head Basketball Coach, UCLA (1949-75)
"I've seen some great teachers around the game - Hubie Brown, Rick Pitino - and Joe has the knack. A lot of people out there know the game, but they can't teach it. Joe can really teach the game. That's a unique ability."
- Joe Cantatino, Associate AD, VCU
