Arrival

Campers are to enter the school through the Auditorium Lobby Monday through Friday.

Campers should arrive on Monday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM for registration check-in located in the Cafeteria of Bishop O’Connell High School.

• Once you arrive on Monday report to the balance owed table or the paid in full table that your son’s last name falls. 
• You may also register your son for the Supervised Shoot Around or the Shuttle at the appropriate tables.
• Once you have checked your son in please report to the gymnasium for the Welcome Ceremony.

Arrival On Tuesday through Friday should be between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM. Campers are to report directly to the man gymnasium for morning announcements.

Campers who are signed up for the morning-supervised shoot around care should report to the main gymnasium between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM Tuesday Through Friday. THERE IS NO MORNING SUPERVISED SHOOT AROUND ON MONDAY MORNINGS.

Departure

Campers who are not signed up for the Afternoon Supervised Shoot around will be dismissed at 4:00 PM after the afternoon announcements.

Campers will be dismissed from the main gymnasium.

Campers who are signed up for the afternoon supervised shoot around are dismissed to the auxiliary gym located upstairs of the athletic complex. The supervised shoot around is from 4:30-5:30 PM Monday through Thursday. Friday the shoot around ends at 5:00 PM.
